Transition Tamers was formed in an effort to address the needs of a growing number of Baby Boomers & their parents and loved ones. Co-Owners, Cindy Leap & Kandy Schreiner, have developed their expertise through extensive study of pertinent issues and the development of an extensive network of professionals who work with the aging population to simplify and manage the many life transitions they encounter. Transition Tamers’ passion & heart for working with this demographic was borne out of their personal experiences with assisting their own aging parents and relatives as they transitioned into new life situations.
